The product is unused and in its original packaging.
The return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return Procedure

Return Shipping: Send the product back to us according to the received instructions. Ensure that the product is well-packaged to avoid damage during transport.

Refunds

Approval: We will let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your money back via your original payment method within 14 days.
Processing: Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
